Excellent service provided by Alan Seow! We had only 2 months from sourcing a ID firm to completing the renovation. He was efficient in getting the 3D done up and giving us ideas on how to maximize space in my space constraint condo. He was also very flexible & patient when we were fickle minded on the colours & style.We greatly appreciate the effort he put in, tirelessly working even on sunday evening to bring us around to choose the materials. During the course of the renovation, Alan was also physically there most of the time to ensure that all the work are carried out as scheduled as we couldn't afford any delays. He would also send us frequent updates of what is being completed or any changes need to be made. He was also very responsive & contactable! I would say i'm quite fussy in-term of workmanship and i would frequently check for defects during the renovation. Whatever that i couldn't accept, Alan was quick to rectify! I didn't have to keep reminding him to touch up the defects. What impressed me the most was his efficiency in solving the issues. Defects that i rasied up was completed by my next visit! Alan was meticulous in his work, giving us a peace of mind throughout the renovation period! We were extremely pleased and satisfied with his work! His pricing were also very reasonable as compared to a fews ID which i was comparing with before deciding to engage him!

Many thanks to Aellex who renovated my parents 3-gen home, and currently he is also doing my 4-brm house. I met many interior designers, however I felt most comfortable with Aellex from our first meet up as he seemed the most experienced from the others. My parents were also comfortable with him as he was patient in explaining to them how things work. Aellex was very responsive to our queries, escpecially after working hours and weekends when were shopping for furniture, as we were only free at those timings. He was also efficient in arranging anything we needed and he gave us cost-effective advise. We were most impressed with the carpentry work as everything was neatly done and it looked really good and there were minor defects.
